I would recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids and elders. The kids and I prayed zuhr and asr in the musallah of the hotel (floor P10 for ladies) due to heat. It's very convenient when traveling with young kids. Food, Pharmacy, Gifts can all be found within the mall. The only Times you need to step out is for the Daily prayers, tawaf, etc. Lastly, the mall has everything you can possibly need. The omelet station chefs were great, eggs were delicious. We discovered on the last day that pancakes were also available. There was an ample amount of hot and cold entrees. The breakfast buffet Included in the room rate was great. Water, tea bags, coffee were restocked daily. Housekeeping came at different times during the day but they were very attentive and responsive. We have one attached bathroom and one main bathroom. The room itself was tastefully decorated and space was plenty for our family of 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The elevators for floors 28-33 were all the way at the end. We were in a 2 bedroom presidential suite located on the 29th floor. From there you walk into the reception area and find the set of elevators that take you to your floor. The first elevator from the ground level of mall is taken to P11- this is the entrance to Pullman Zam Zam. You do have to take 2 elevators to make it you your room. It is easily accessible from the ground floor of the clock tower. The Pullman zam zam is one of the 5 hotels located in the Makkah Clock Tower. Times you need to step out is for the Daily prayers, tawaf, etc.
